Ruby & Buster- San Diego

I have had the sincere pleasure of photographing Ruby and Buster in Napa Valley, Santa Monica and now San Diego. These are two of the sweetest dogs (and owners!) around, and I sincerely hope this isn’t the last photo shoot we do! Love you Ruby and Buster! (And Tristan and Mark!)

Upcoming travel shoots – NYC + SF/Bay Area

I have several openings for upcoming travel shoots.

NYC: (manhattan only) Rescheduled to 2011 due to an overly busy schedule while in NY! Shoot me an email if you’d like to plan your 2011 shoot with me in NYC next year.

SF/Bay Area: (includes Tiburon & Sausalito)

6 openings: 1st or 2nd weekend in September. Please email your availability if interested. I’ll update this page as soon as I have the dates nailed down.

Cost: $450-$650 per person, depending on number of clients scheduled. Includes a 90-minute shoot in the city of San Francisco or Tiburon or Sausalito, 5o professionally edited images in a private online gallery, post-shoot phone consultation to help with product + image selection, and a special gift only for travel clients. Prints start at $50 and discounted collections of awesome products start at $850. There is a minimum purchase requirement of $400.

DETAILS:

I treat these just like I do my local shoots and clients, shoot in the same style, offer the same high-end products, the same fun sneak-peek blog posts, and provide the same personalized customer service to those far away from Seattle. And because I love my travel client so much, I’ll even throw in a free CD of low-res files that can be used to share with friends on Facebook. This is a great way for my non-local fans to get some fun, expressive colorful Cowbelly photography for their own pet(s).

If you, or someone you know are interested in booking a shoot with me during any of these times or locations, please email me directly at info@cowbelly.com, and I’ll get you all set up for our shoot!

Looking forward to making some new canine and human friends in CA and NY! :-)

Chicago sneak peek

I’m sicker than a dog in bed today after bringing home some sort of fancy crud on the plane from Chicago. A friend said to me today “I hope it’s not the swine flu.” God, me too.

Two of my favorites from our Friday session with Oscar and his dad Brian. Best. Shoot. Ever. (and no, I’m not kidding). Wait till you guys see the rest of them.

more to come as soon as I can breathe and think clearly again!

in Cali

I’m in Sonoma Valley now, nearing bedtime at the end of a long day of shooting. It is absolutely beautiful here, and hot! 85 degrees today and expected to stay this way until next weekend. The weather could not be more gorgeous.

I had three awesome shoots today with some really great clients and their really great dogs, and although not ready to do sneak-peeks of any of the dog shots, wanted to share with you one ‘environmental’ shot from each location.

Tomorrow is more shooting- some for editorial and one more private client. And some for myself!

BTW: for those who wanted to meet up with me in SF on this trip- whether client or friend or colleague, who weren’t able to due to my time constraints and their schedule, it looks good that I will be coming back down to the bay area in January to do some commercial photography and several private client shoots in/near Marin County and San Francisco. I have no idea what the weather is like at that time of year but hopefully it will be good! I LOVE San Francisco so I am happy to come down.

Hope everyone’s weekends are going great, wherever you are, and before I completely unplug on Sunday night I will try and schedule some posts for you to enjoy next week!

Sanger’s shoot location this morning. Can you say WOW? :-)

Max’s shoot location. The most fennel I have ever seen growing in one place ever. The air was scented with the stuff. Yumm.

Heaven’s shoot location in her very own vineyards.

Happy weekend!
