The customer service is great and it is nice to be able to accept credit cards on location when their is no internet or phone connection. I'm hoping the class action suit proceeds and they're forced to change their policy and give everyone back those "reserved funds" they seem to think they have a right to hang on to. I think you deserve a drink (or four!) after going through all this. Wow.
