A quick peek at one of my favorite shots from yesterday’s graffiti dog’s shoot with Olivia, the beautiful harlequin Great Dane, owned by my esteemed Seattle colleague and friend, J Nichole Smith, of Dane & Dane Studios fame (Olivia is the Dane & Dane mascot). Our shoot yesterday was, in a word, AWESOME. And Olivia? A Dream.

I promise to post more photos from our shoot soon and give you a behind-the-scenes story, but for now I’ve gotta focus on looking at houses for rent. I’m moving both home and office next month (staying in Seattle of course), and can’t wait to see where I end up. Going to look at an awesome house tomorrow, but it looks like I’ve already got competition. Wish me luck I find the place of Fergie and my dreams!
I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph Kosmo and his new baby sister Sophie (the cutest St Bernard puppy you have ever seen) last month for my graffiti dogs project, and feel so lucky that I got to both: a) do something I love, combining three of my favorite things: dogs, graffiti and photography, and b) work with such lovely clients and pets again (Thank you Josh and Ashley!). I look forward to many more photography projects with these kids again, and hope you enjoy their images.

This is funny. Sophie wanted Kosmo’s stick *so. bad.*. I decided to show you the whole sequence here.

Uh, oh, I think someone’s in trouble. I think someone is not supposed to chewing on sticks.

LOL, I busted a gut at this shot. Look at the look on Kosmo’s face!

If tongue length gives any indication of overall size, this girl’s gonna be BIG.

awww, and a heart for the sweet little girl.

hope y’all are having a great week and are drier than we are in Seattle! Rain rain go away, I’m ready for spring!!

Registration for the June 11-13 Cowbelly Workshop #8 in Seattle opens tomorrow morning at 9am PST. Whoopee! I am so excited for this one and only wish June would come sooner. *Really* looking forward to sunshine again, and although I loved traveling last year, holding the next workshop in Seattle is going to be awesome. All I have to do is roll out of bed and show up. (Kidding! It’s a lot more work than that, lol). I can’t wait to meet the amazing people who are going to come, and, in an attempt to outdo myself with each workshop, I have even more special tricks up my sleeve.
Some notes on registering:
If you are interested in registering, here is what you do:
Make your way to the registration page on the workshops website, read through the entire page (please!), and then shoot us an email. Easy-peasy!
